Training at home or outdoors

Do you live within 15 km of Arnhem city centre? I’d be happy to come to your home, or we can train together in your garden or a nearby park such as Angerenstein Park. No hassle with travel or arranging childcare - all you need to do is set aside 75 minutes just for yourself. I bring everything we need, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.


I believe that in a busy life, moments of calm are essential. That’s why every training session ends with a zen moment: a gentle yin yoga or stretching session, allowing you to transition from intense training into deep relaxation. This helps your body reset and return to balance.


For many women, this is exactly the moment where they can truly let go - something that’s often difficult to plan into daily life.

WHAT DO THE TRAINING SESSIONS LOOK LIKE?


My training sessions take place wherever you feel most comfortable - in your own home gym, living room, garden, or outdoors in nature, such as a park or forest. We don’t need much to create a great session together.


When you decide to train with me, we always start with an intake session. I want to truly get to know you, so we can clearly define what you would like to work on together. We discuss your nutrition, lifestyle, hormones, and your body - and you only share what feels right for you. This allows me to tailor each training session perfectly to your needs and wishes.


Each session lasts 75 minutes and begins with a check-in: how are you feeling today? Are you experiencing any discomfort or pain? How is your energy? From there, we move into the training itself. After a thorough warm-up, we work on strength, balance, and mobility - every session is different and fully adapted to you.


After the workout, we always take 10–15 minutes for a zen closing. Your body has worked hard and deserves that moment of rest. Through gentle stretching, deep breathing, and a moment of tuning inward, we help your body return to balance. For many of my clients, this moment of relaxation is the highlight of the session.


What does a Personal training SESSION look like?

I work with session packages (multi-session cards) to keep training flexible and easy. All prices are all-inclusive: fuel, travel, and parking costs are included, so there are no surprises - you know exactly what to expect.


With a session package, you receive:

  • 75 minutes of personal training per session
  • One-on-one coaching at a location of your choice
  • Workouts tailored to your body, cycle, and natural rhythm
  • Personal support via WhatsApp, available 5 days a week (08:00–21:00) for questions about training, nutrition, and your body



Your body leads

Safety always comes first - not only physically, but also in how you feel during training. I want you to feel free to speak up about what’s happening in your body - without pressure and without judgment.


Do you experience lower back discomfort? Then I adjust the exercise. Do I notice in your posture or energy that something isn’t right? We immediately look for an alternative. Pain is never the goal. You train to become stronger, not to push through pain.


Listening to your body is a strength. Together, we make sure you move with confidence and without pain.

Duo training

Would you like to train together with your sister, friend, or training partner? With duo training, you work toward your own goals while staying motivated by each other. Each 75-minute session is tailored to your individual needs, allowing you both to grow stronger at your own pace.


10 duo training sessions: €1,200
