Training at home or in the private gym
Do you live within 10 km of Arnhem city centre? I’m happy to come to your home, train with you in your garden, in a nearby park such as Park Angerenstein, or welcome you to my private gym in Arnhem.
No hassle with traveling or arranging childcare – you choose what fits your life best right now. All you need to do is set aside 60 minutes for yourself. I’ll take care of the rest. In my private gym, you’ll train in a calm and safe environment with all the equipment we need. Prefer to train at home or outdoors? I’ll bring everything with me, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
I believe that in your busy life, a moment of stillness is essential. That’s why we end every session with a calming reset: gentle yin yoga or stretching, allowing you to shift from effort into relaxation. This helps your body reset and return to balance. For many women, this is the moment they can truly let go – something that’s often hard to schedule, yet incredibly valuable for your hormones, recovery, and overall energy.
WHAT DO THE TRAINING SESSIONS LOOK LIKE?
My sessions take place wherever you feel most comfortable: in your own home gym, living room, or garden, outdoors in nature - for example in a park or forest - or in my private gym in Arnhem.
In my private gym, you train in complete calm, without crowds or distractions. It’s a safe and personal environment where you can truly feel free to grow. If we train at your home or outdoors, I bring all the equipment with me. We don’t need much to create a powerful and effective workout together.
If you decide to train with me, we always begin with an intake session. I want to truly get to know you, so we can gain clarity together on what you would like to work on. We’ll discuss your nutrition, lifestyle, hormones, and your body – but you only share what feels right for you. This allows me to fully tailor your training to your goals, needs, and energy.
Each session lasts 60 minutes and starts with a check-in: How are you feeling? Do you have any aches or discomfort? How did you sleep? Where are you in your cycle (if applicable)?
From there, we build the session intentionally. After a focused warm-up, we work on strength, stability, mobility, and conditioning – always with attention to technique, breathing, and your individual capacity. No generic programs, only personalized coaching.
We always finish with 5–10 minutes of a calming reset. Your body has worked hard and deserves a smooth transition into rest. Through gentle stretching, breathwork, and a moment of conscious reconnection with your body, we bring your system back into balance.
For many of my clients, this is the highlight of the session – the moment everything becomes still, and you feel: this is truly for me.
WHAT DO YOU GET?
I work with session packages (multi-session cards) to keep training flexible and easy. All prices are all-inclusive: fuel, travel, and parking costs are included, so there are no surprises - you know exactly what to expect.
With a session package, you receive:
- 60 minutes of personal training per session
- One-on-one coaching at a location of your choice (private gym or at home)
- Workouts tailored to your body, cycle, and natural rhythm
- Personal support via WhatsApp, available 5 days a week (08:00–22:00) for questions about training, nutrition, and your body
Your body leads
Safety always comes first - not only physically, but also in how you feel during training. I want you to feel free to speak up about what’s happening in your body - without pressure and without judgment.
Do you experience lower back discomfort? Then I adjust the exercise. Do I notice in your posture or energy that something isn’t right? We immediately look for an alternative. Pain is never the goal. You train to become stronger, not to push through pain.
Listening to your body is a strength. Together, we make sure you move with confidence and without pain.

Would you like to train together with your sister, friend, or training partner? With duo training, you work toward your own goals while staying motivated by each other. Each 60 minute session is tailored to your individual needs, allowing you both to grow stronger at your own pace.
