Who am I

Movement has always been a part of my life. As a child, I loved being active - from tennis to hockey, from football to dancing. At eighteen, I discovered the gym, where I mostly stuck to group classes or cardio machines. The idea of stepping into the “intimidating” weight room full of muscular people felt simply too overwhelming.


But at twenty-four, I started CrossFit - and everything changed. The technique, the challenge, competing with myself - it ignited my love for strength training. I pushed myself further and further, discovered new limits, and felt my body grow stronger with every step.
